Tailed Spirits are one of the coolest and most flex-worthy items within Shindo Life. If you’re looking to get your hands on one, look no further!
This guide will show you the quickest (and easiest) way to get your very own Tailed Spirit. Be warned; it will take some grinding. If you have those attributes at hand, let’s dive right into this epic Roblox game!
The Basics
First, you can access the list of Tailed Spirits by going to sub-abilities in the menu. This will give you information about the Tailed Spirits, their drop times, rarity, etc. The Gen 2 Spirits are the easiest Tailed Spirits to get. This is because they spawn at regular intervals, and killing their forms will give you at least one Tailed Spirit scroll guaranteed. The same is not true for Gen 1 Tailed Spirits.
However, certain Gen 2 (and Gen 1) Tailed Spirits cannot be acquired via boss fights and must be acquired via different, usually harder methods. One such example is the legendary Tyn-Tailed Spirit, which you can only get by grinding War Mode. Now that we know which Tailed Spirits are easy to get, let’s go over how to get them.
The basic process of acquiring a Gen 1 Tailed-Spirit is simple. First, decide which one you want. Once you have a preferred Tailed-Spirit, look at what time it spawns. There will be a rarity rating that will tell you the chance of it spawning on a server. A 1/10 rarity will mean it will spawn in 1 out of 10 servers. Additionally, they will only spawn during the time specified by the Menu. Furthermore, different Tailed Spirits spawn in different villages.
Find which village your preferred Spirit spawns in via the Menu. Once you have this information, wait for the designated spawn time. Then, hop around private servers on the relevant village until you find one that has the drop.
You’ll be able to tell if a server has the Tailed Spirit via a notification on the top right of your screen (pictured above). Furthermore, note that you do not need to have a private pass to hop around on private servers for your desired village.
You can simply look up private codes for different private servers hosting your village by typing in “(Village Name) private codes” into Google! Various Discord servers are also used for this exact purpose.
Once you’re in a server with the drop, you must head over to the location your Spirit spawns in. There is a comprehensive list of these spawns available on the Shindo Life Wiki, which you can access.
A Worked Example
If these general directions were a little confusing for you, let me work through a specific example. Say I want to get a Gen 2 Sei Tailed Spirit. What would that process look like?
First, I would go over to the menu and gather some critical information: its spawn location, spawn time, and rarity. The rarity will tell me how much I’ll need to hop around before I am likely to find a drop, while the other two pieces of information will tell me where and when to go looking. For the Sei Tailed Spirit, the time is 10:00 AM/PM Eastern Standard Time, the location is Haze Village, and the rarity is 1/10 (1 in every 10 servers gets the drop).
Now, I need to wait until the spawn time and then begin hopping around various private servers until I find one that has the drop. I’ll use online private server codes if I do not have a private pass and simply use the pass if I do. Note that the picture above depicts the options when you have a private pass, in which case you can teleport from private server to private server easily.
Once I find a server with the drop, I’ll make my way to the location where the drop occurs. For the Sei Tailed Spirit, its scroll drops towards the right of the Naruto Bridge in the water. Do not ask how the scroll maintains its structural integrity in the water; it gives you magical abilities, after all! And just like that, you have your very own Tailed Spirit!
I hope this guide has been somewhat helpful and you are well on your way toward acquiring your first Tailed Spirit!
