The venue operates as more than a traditional PC café. It includes the OTOKI G.ROUND food and beverage lounge, which offers exclusive menu items developed specifically for the space.
A merchandise store sells Gen.G team uniforms, partner collaboration items, and GGX-exclusive products. The facility also features photo opportunities with GenRang, Gen.G’s official mascot.
Gaming and Community Features
The community lounge can accommodate over 100 people for events, watch parties, and fan meetups. Gen.G plans to host regular community-driven activities in this space.
GGX offers coaching programs through Gen.G Global Academy. Former professional players lead these sessions, providing strategic game analysis, aim training, and team-based gameplay instruction for all skill levels.
The venue will host fan meetups, watch parties, and branded community events. These activities are designed to create connections between gaming enthusiasts and Gen.G fans.
Steve Lee, Head of Partnerships at Gen.G, stated that GGX serves as a cultural hub where fans, players, and brands can create experiences together. The organization views this as part of their approach to esports industry growth.

Superplay manages GGX operations. This gaming and esports IP management company has previously operated other gaming venues including T1 Basecamp in Hongdae, KT Rolster R Café, and Genshin PC Lounge.
