If you’ve been playing Roblox without any problems, you might not have realized, but you might actually be playing Minecraft. A common error players may encounter is Error 103, which states that the Roblox game you are trying to join is currently unavailable. This error is exclusive to players using an Xbox device but is easily solvable. In this guide, we’ll be showing you how to fix error code 103 in Roblox.

Roblox Error Code 103 Fix

Xbox accounts that have their date of birth marked as anything less than 13 are restricted from accessing certain content. Other possible problems include limitations set by a parent account, disabled UPnP, restricted NAT, and Xbox cache.

Create a New Account

If your Xbox account shows that you’re less than 13 years old, then you’ll be restricted from joining games that enforce an age limitation. There’s a simple workaround for this; all you need to do is create a new Xbox account with a different date of birth. Once done, start up Roblox, and you should have no problem playing.

See Content From Other People: Blocked

If your account is part of a family group, a limitation might have been set by a parent account on the setting “See Content From Other People”. To change this, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have access to the parent account.

An alternative method to fixing the NAT issue is port forwarding.

Port forwarding

Forwarding your ports is definitely a safer bet compared to UPnP, although either methods will work just fine at resolving your NAT issues.

2. Find the port-forwarding section.

Clear the Xbox Cache

As a last resort, you can try to reset the Xbox’s cache by doing a power cycle.
