Being Normal does not necessarily mean being weak. While it’s true, most of the Pokémon encountered early in the Pokémon games are of Normal-type, does not mean these types are useless. Lickilicky is relatively easy to find in Pokémon Legends: Arceus and, although having a limited movepool, can be quite effective. It has a somewhat wide moveset, including Rest, Bulldoze, Zen Headbutt, Double-Edge, and Giga Impact.
