Jailbreak is one of the most popular games on Roblox, and it has one of the largest player bases among any other games. It has been played over 6 billion times on Roblox. The game follows a Cop vs. Criminals format where you can choose to be a Cop or a Criminal.
Based on your choice, you are given different objectives to carry out in the game, Criminals have heists and robberies that they can perform to get in-game currency, and Cops have to stop them and arrest them to earn money,
Fundamentals
As a criminal, you’ll be spawned at the prison as a starting point until you own a house, or if you get arrested for escaping it, you have a few choices. The simple sewer route that the game always tells you about has two ways to escape the first one is to get out through the big ditch and the second one is a bit unorthodox but let’s look at them both.

The First Route
When you get out of the sewers, there is a big ditch there that you can crouch out from and escape, this is the most basic way, but sometimes camper cops are there waiting to arrest you again.
The Second Route
For the second route, you’ll escape through a sewer and end up almost outside the jail. There is a scooter that you can purchase if you get arrested and have money. Get up on it if any cops try to chase you. Get close to the outer gate and hide behind the wall; as they get close, the gate will open on its own, and then you can run away.
After you escape, you have to grind for a lot of money and gear and do robberies and heists.
Heists
There are a lot of heists available on the map, but we will tell you only the few that are easy to execute and good for grinding for money.
Museum
For the museum heist, you need at least two people. Once you start the heist, fill up your bags with the pictures until they are full, and go to either one of the two rooms and complete the puzzles available there. Then upon completing that, a room will open for each of the puzzles, pull the lever present in both of the rooms at the same time to get the bounty, and go back to the volcano hideout to cash it out.

For the museum, if you are surrounded by cops, you can try to leave through the main middle door. They mostly don’t expect it.
PowerPlant
The power plant one is a bit difficult as the puzzles progress on but first, at the gate, you have to finish a pipe puzzle. When you complete it, the heist begins, and you have to dodge these lasers on platforms by jumping, and you’ll be met with another puzzle of the same kind but of a harder difficulty. Moreover, when you complete that, you get the bounty, and you have to get back again to the volcano hideout to cash it out at the collector. The sooner you reach the collector, the more cash you will get.

Powerplant should be done as fast as possible, as when you get the radium, the police will be notified. A smaller avatar is better if you don’t want to crouch under the big beam that is an instant kill on touch.
As both of these heists are close to each other, it is recommended that you first do the museum heist and then move on to the power plant before collecting money and directly going to the volcano collector instead of going back again and then doing the powerplant heist.
Bank Truck
Bank Truck is a special heist in which the police truck can only be driven by the police, but you, as a criminal, can blow the back gate of it with a C4 and get in. It will start collecting money for you automatically, as it does for any vault-based robbery. Get away from the vehicle to get your money. It is a relatively easy heist if you have enough criminals with you.
Mini-map And Markers
As a Criminal, your best resource is the mini-map and the markers associated with them. They let you know the state of the map, the players on it, and the robberies and heists available. Markers show the location of a robbery and the state of a robbery if it’s available, in progress, or already done. For the people that don’t have the “Boss-pass”, they have a one-minute delay for this marker, so be cautious.

You can use the dot to see other criminals, and blinking dots also show the location of the Cops after a few seconds for a moment. Use this to find a group of criminals gathered at a robbery and join them, as you will have a better chance of fighting the cops afterward unlike if you are alone. You can also use it to check for camper cops that sit at robberies or exists or near collectors.
Weapons And Arsenal
Combat and weapons are also one of the best ways to stop cops from catching you. But, you’ll have to practice your aim a lot. There are a few guns and loadout we recommend that you should definitely use because of their damage and effectiveness. Your load-out should have almost ten weapons, and it should consist of at least two close-range weapons, two mid-range weapons, two long-range weapons, and a few utility guns.

For close-range weapons, we recommend the shotgun and flintlock. And for medium-range weapons, we recommend rifles, AKs, and revolvers. For long-range weapons, a pistol or sniper is the best. Utility guns and tools that are good to have is a forcefield gun, a C4, and a plasma pistol.
Forcefield or FF allows you to dodge normal bullets and heal during gunfights, while C4 is good for stunning the Cops while you can come out and kill them or escape. Lastly, to disable other people’s FF, you can use a plasma pistol, as it nullifies the FF.
In your overall loadout of cars and getaway vehicles, there should be at least a fast car. And, having a jetpack is recommended as it helps you get away from ground cops. Aerial vehicles are best for looting and running away safely and fast. If you are in a car and a helicopter is chasing you go into a tunnel and stop and return back from the same side, this will mostly throw the helicopter off, and you can run away safely.
The Roadster is one of the cars we recommend as it is fast and has good handling, letting you disengage from cops quite quickly.
Further Tips
There are a few general tips that will boost your criminal record further in Jailbreak.
- You should always play with your friends and a group of people in criminal as it is easier to do most of the tasks and run away properly.
- Lock your vehicles always and use ariel vehicles to avoid Pit and Spike Traps.
- Use team chat so cops won’t get to hear what you are saying in the chat. To write anything in team chat you have to open the chatbox and write “/t” and press enter.
- The third person perspective is always better for shooting and sprays control, except for shotguns.
Try the tips mentioned in this guide and surely you’ll be a top criminal on Jailbreak in no time. Just know and remember to always be patient, give yourself time to get better, and be respectful to other players.
