I would have had fantasy general on there.
1) XCom 2 is usually thought of as the better game. If you’re going to play one or the other, XCom 2 is probably the better choice.
2) The Total War games are really RTS games. Yes, there is a turn based element to the strategic layer, but the combat, which is most of the game, is real time.
3) It’s “Heroes of Might and Magic”, not “Heroes of Might”.
4) Shadowrun Returns is really more of an RPG, not a strategy game. Furthermore, Shadowrun Returns is generally considered the worst of the three Shadowrun games. Shadowrun: Dragonfall in particular receives high praise for a much deeper story.
The total war series seems out of place, but its your list. I would have added tactics ogre. Or vandal hearts.
