As you spawn in, rotate your camera until you spot a swingset and some tables for a picnic. In the distance, you may be able to make out some blue and red blocks, which are the police station and the adoption center, respectively.

To reach the adoption center, continue walking in the direction of the picnic tables. Soon enough, you’ll find yourself in front of the Adoption Center. Head inside if you’re looking to work at the Day Care or if you just want to explore. Of course, you could adopt a kid from the Adoption Center as well, so that’s pretty rad.
