Hey there, Sword Fighters Simulator players! Do you love slicing apart your enemies with fierce sword slashes, or do you like to show off overpowering skills in games? Either way, Sword Fighters Simulator has got you covered. The game lets you create your own sword fighter and battle it out against other players online, or butt heads with the NPC server bosses.
It’s the survival of the fittest out there on the battlefield, so to come out on top in all your showdowns, you’ll need an arsenal full of skills and passives. Skills are abilities that can auto-activate after a cooldown period to help you win fights.
Don’t worry if you don’t know how to go about collecting these skills since we’ve put together this guide just for you! So let’s not waste any time and dive right into it.
Getting Skills: Pay to Win

Paying for skills is the easiest method to kickstart your Sword Fighters Simulator journey. For this, head into the shop and into the summoning station. Here you can spend 400 Robux to summon a single skill or summon ten skills at once at a discounted price of 3,499 Robux.
Once you’re done with the summons, your inventory should show you the skills you’ve just obtained. Woah, that was easy, wasn’t it? But what if you’re a more free-to-play player? Well then, you’ll have to put in more hard work to get the skills you want.
Getting Skills: The F2P Grind
-
Skill Crate Key Drop from the Underwater Boss
Every 2 hours, the game will notify its players globally: “Darkness rises as the sun sets…”. Look out for this notification as this signifies the time when loot drops are at their best! It is also the only time you can obtain skills for free.
During Darkness, the server bosses are active. These server bosses, e.g., the ones inside Blazing Abyss and Underwater, have a 3.5% chance of dropping crate keys upon defeat which, when used to unlock crates, can give you insane skills! To unlock crates, you normally need a server key.
You get one for free each day from the game. More keys can be obtained from the bosses in each zone.
The best thing about being a free-to-play player is that you can also obtain passive skills. Passive skills can’t be purchased, so grinding it out is your only option if you wanna fill up your passive skill slots!
Keep in mind that key drops are rare, so you’ll want to defeat bosses whenever you’re online, and the Darkness event pops up. If you have skill crate keys stocked up, you can unlock crates one by one each day and end up with lots of skills over time without having spent any Robux!
Equip Those Skills and Blow Away Your Enemies

Skills inside inventory
Once you have the skills you like, head to your inventory and tap the skills button on the sidebar. In this skills tab, you’ll see a list of equipable skills that you can put into Your Skills or Your Passives. Once you’re done, you’re done! Head into battle and watch those skills activate to destroy all those who dare to stand before you!
Conclusion
Sword Fighters Simulator is as fun a game as Roblox can bring for you, but winning sword fights without skills can be a pain. This guide is all you’ll ever need to get the skills you want, be it by purchasing them or putting in the hard work to earn skills each day.
