Memorize The Maps Thoroughly
The first tip is to learn the maps as best as you can. Just like with any other game, learning the map is always the most essential step to becoming a better player. Mastering the fundamentals is what opens up a path to the most mind-boggling tricks.
As a survivor, it’ll help you locate where the computers spawn and it also allows you to escape quicker and be sneakier with a preplanned path that utilizes vents and windows in case the Beast finds you or if you need to head straight to the exit after the computers have been hacked.
The same can be useful for the Beast too, knowing the computer locations, the hiding spots, and escape doors can allow you to hunt the survivors efficiently. As they say, knowing is half the battle.
Always Close the Doors Behind You
You always hate it when your parents leave your room without closing the door, well it turns out you should maintain the same attitude in the game too. If you go through a door make sure to always close it afterward as it can potentially help the Beast locate you.

Close the Door Behind You
Even if you’re hiding, an open door can act as a possible clue for the Beast to navigate a path more likely to lead to you or to search rooms you are more likely to be in. Closing the door will make it a guessing game for the Beast. Leave no trail behind!
Use the Fast Venting Trick
We’ve all been there, you’re running away from the beast and trying to vent to make it to safety, but it takes so long that the beast catches up and bonks you with his hammer. Venting usually takes time and is slow, but there is a cool trick that allows you to vent much faster.
If you bring your back up against a vent, hold the crawl button, and then do a 180 degree before leaving the crouch button, then you will be able to go through a vent in half the time. It seems like too many steps to carry out during a chase but if you stay cool and don’t mess it up it can easily save you from getting captured.

Run Through Windows
Are you fed up with those annoying survivors endlessly mocking you from the other side of a window or always getting away by jumping through them? No more.
There are actually a number of windows you can run through as Beast without having to jump. This allows you to move through the window without slowing down and quickly capture the fleeing survivor. Look for any elevated surfaces around the window, if there are any then it’s possible to perform this trick, the map Facility_0 has quite a few of these.
To do it, simply run on top of the elevated surface first and then run into the window while strafing toward it which will allow you to bypass the slow penalty.
Now you can have the last laugh when those pesky survivors mock you.
Use the Double Kill Glitch
Nothing in the game makes you feel as powerless as watching the second survivor run away as you’re stuck in place because of the ten-second kill timer. There is actually a nifty trick to bypass this small timer.
Instead of hitting the survivor normally, if you jump and then immediately after hitting the survivor, you won’t have to wait out the timer before chasing after the other survivor. Use this trick next time to get an epic D-D-D-Double kill.
Wallbang Survivors Through Walls
Wallbanging is exactly what it sounds like, you bang the wall, and no, not in the way you’re thinking. When you swing your hammer, it actually goes through most walls and knocks down any survivor it touches.
You do need to implement tip #1 and learn all the spots and timings for this tip to be really effective but it can absolutely be incredibly useful. On some spots like a homestead, you can even knock a survivor down one floor above you. Use this trick to stop their hacking progression.
Double Jump to Go Higher

A wise man once asked, can we get much higher? Well yes, you most definitely can. The Jump height in Flee The Facility is not a lot and makes it impossible to climb over certain boxes and objects. However, there is a clever trick to bypass this restriction by using a double jump.
Performing this trick is very simple but requires some timing practice. To do it, simply hold the crouch and then let go of it, and as soon you let go of the crouch key, you have to start spamming your jump key, which will allow you to double jump. This trick can unlock so many secret spots and shortcuts throughout all the maps and on maps like Homestead you can even climb on top of the house! Use this trick for some epic parkour.
Remember to practice these tricks as much as you can and keep them in your mind the next time you load into Flee the Facility to elevate your games to the next level and do it in absolute style.
