Using the talents system, you can yield the power of Dark Magic by adding the ability to curse enemies to standard spells. Or you can delve into the darkness as you use the Unforgivable Curses themselves. We will combine the two for the most lethal build possible.
Spells
Obviously, you’ll choose the deadly trio: Avada Kedavra (the killing curse ), Crucio (the torture curse), and Imperio (the curse used to control others).
Crucio is effective against victims rendering them unconscious as they face damage while writhing in agony. Combining it with a talent named Crucio Mastery, the curse’s power is greatly enhanced.
When you strike an opponent with this ability, they will launch a projectile to curse other foes whenever you impact them.
Using all three deadly curses will enable you to not only hit one person with Avada Kedavra but up to at least five foes in one shot.
Next up, we will be using the Transformation spell, which can change the enemy into an explosive barrel, which we can use as well.
All of our single or multiplayer attacks are visible in the top line of the selected spells. The first one is Glacius which freezes the enemy. Every other attack after this does more damage as well. Defendo can be used alongside to give additional damage in a sweet combo attack.
Bombarda is also highly recommended, but it pushes enemies away a little bit. It does cause a lot of damage though.
Turning into the pain machine, we will use Levioso and Descendo to lift and slam down enemies for further damage.
You can continue with your combos for the second Talent Tree by adding skills. We recommend dragging enemies in and doing more damage. The skill tree given above can be copied exactly with Glacius, Defendo, and Bombarda.
Talents
For your Dark Art Talents, we recommend using Blood Curse. Dealing damage to a cursed target inflicts damage to all cursed targets. Definitely something you should be using.
Next up is the Stunning Curse. Blocking enemies will stupefy as well as curse them. Combining this with the Enduring Curse will make an attack last longer on an enemy, which means more damage output for a longer period of time.
Next, with the Imperio Mastery, any enemy that you use Imperio on will curse the enemies you hit. Alongside the already mentioned Crucio Mastery, the Avada Kedavra Mastery will ensure that every enemy you kill with Avada Kedavra will kill all the enemies that are cursed. Effectively making you a god in the game.
You can apply mastery of different skills, including Transformation, Defendo, Bombarda, Levioso, and Descendo. This will increase the damage potential and range of each spell. Special Knowledge can be selected up to level three as well.
Traits
Let’s discuss the traits we’re going to be using. We will be using Legendary Gear for traits up to level three. Concentration level three will significantly increase the damage of all damage spells. Just like fuel for the pain machine.
Unforgivable level three will greatly increase the damage of cursed enemies. Since we’re going to be cursing a lot of enemies, this only seems logical. Laceration will increase damage by Glacius, Defendo, and Bombarda to boost up our spell combos.
