However, the sheer scale of the game can be downright paralyzing. As such, we have compiled a comprehensive Tier List that will help you derive a general idea about a Hero’s utility.
Before we begin, there are a few important caveats. Firstly, these rankings are largely based on the game’s current meta, and are subject to change with updates. Secondly, many Heroes thrive in hyper-specific scenarios, where their utility may skyrocket.

In this section, we’ll briefly go over some notable entries from the higher Tiers.
S Tiers
Firstly, arguably one of the strongest Heroes in the game, Bridal Catria is an absolutely incredible unit. Not only does she provide your entire Roster with incredible support, but she can singlehandedly solidify your Defensive abilities. As such, she is a must-have Hero.
Another incredibly powerful Unit is Duo Thorr, which provides excellent offensive and defensive capabilities to your Roster. Her abilities are second to none, with unique debuffs such as extra True Damage or the high-value Worldbreaker ability. In general, she’s just a beast of a Unit.
A Tier
Perhaps the most notable entry in the A Tier, Brave Lyn represents a Hero that has stood the trial of time pretty well. At the genesis of the Fire Emblem Heroes, Brave Lyn and Reinhardt wreaked havoc in the early meta. While her partner-in-crime has retained his coveted S Tier spot, Lyn has been superseded by other S Tier heroes. Still, she has a special place in our hearts for all the fun we used to have.
B Tier
While her amalgam in Duo Thorr is incredibly powerful, Spring Loki herself doesn’t provide nearly as much value to a Roster. Still, she stands out from other B Tier Heroes due to her solid overall utility, earning her a special shout from us.
Conclusion
We hope this Tier List has helped inform your choices for your next Roster. You may have noticed the gigantic S Tier, which is simply due to the fact that almost any Hero in Fire Emblem Heroes can work very well under the right circumstances. Plus, there are just so many good choices for a Roster that it is nearly impossible to distinguish them meaningfully. As such, make sure your Roster consists of Heroes you enjoy playing with. In the end, that’s really all that matters.
